Privacy

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. What you type, your pay, your costs and your goals, is never sent to us or anyone else.

What’s stored, and where

Your entries are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they’re there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them. We can’t see them.

Your state

On your first visit, the calculator opens on your state, using the approximate location of your internet connection that our host, Cloudflare, already sees with every request. Only the state is used; we don’t store it, and you can change it anytime.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics

We measure visits and which features are used, without your entries, to improve the site.
